Guidelines For Centers :

Local Institution can organise the competition between 1st October to 16th December.

Please Do Take care that at your local centre there are atleast 5 participants in Each Group.

The Date, Time & Place for Competiton must be informed to Seva Samaaj till 25th October, in writing on Your Letter Head

Local Centers must send the List Of The Participant At Least Before 2 days to Office of Seva Samaaj.

Inform the people about the competition by taking different steps like Liflets with Patrika etc.
Mouth to Mouth Campaign is also very effective tool for making awerness about the competition to people.

Competition must be orgnaised at Place where proper Air, Light is avilable. Make Sure in Advance that in Hall Sufficient Number of Chairs & Tables are available, so that During the Competition no Distubrance occoures.

Make Arrangements for At Least 2 good Mic also check the Mic System in advance.

Please take care that competition Starts at Time & Ends on Time.

The Name, Telephone Number of center's represantative must be send through center's letter. So that Communication will become smooth.

Subjects of Local Round & Semi- Final Round remain same.Subjects of Final Round will be Different.

In Semifinal in A Group there will be No Debate but only Elocution.

Semifinal will be on 23rd December, 2001, Sunday. Place & Time will be declared afterwards

Final Round of Competition will be on 13th January, 2002.
Venue :- De'selva Hall ,Near Kabutarkhana, Dadar (W), Mumbai -28,
Time :- In Afternoon 2.30 to 7 pm.

1st 2 Winners of Local Round will get entry in Semifinal Round.

Seva Samaaj will send to each centre a Copy of Subject, Age limit, etc...Local Institution will make copies from it as per Requirment.

Arrangement for Judges, Moderator, Time Keeper will be done by Seva Samaaj.
