Symptoms:-
- Feel hungry,
thirsty, sweaty.
- Sometime feel
weak.
- Legs can't tolerate
overweight.
- It may damage
heart & other parts of the body, sometime may lead to serious diseases.
Reason:
- fatty, sweet,
fried eatables, excess consumption of papad, pickles etc.
- Idleness and
founding of eating.
- Eating gives
mental relaxation to some people.
- Many people
eat more when they are in tension.
- Generating "laptin"
hormones in the body increase the hunger.
- Some genetic
reasons, lifestyle, pregnancy, hereditary etc are responsible.
Precaution:
- Avoid dry fruits,
sweets, ghee, chocolates, ice crème, pickles etc.
- Take due care
before using weight loosing tablets, salt, potato etc.
- Daily have 1
hour walk.
- Eat only when
you are hungry.
- Avoid constipation.
- Naturopathy
remedies are best for it.
- Exercise, often
fasting regular diet, hard work, cycling, yoga, massage, steam bath,
katti bath etc are also beneficial.
- Eat more of
pumpkin, sprouted mung, luffa (turiya). Have light diet in evening.
Home Remedies:
- Drink hot water
at night.
- To avoid excess
fattiness, mix ginger powder, pepper, fig tree, cloves, cardamom, cloves,
cinnamon in boiling tea & drink.
- Having dry fig
for 1 year removes body dryness & maintain fat.
- Drink soup of
cowpea(chora) or lentil(masurdal).
- Add turmeric,
black pepper & coriander powder in drumstick soup & drink.
- Eat bitter gourd
vegetable or drink its juice.
- Have more of
pineapples (via juice/its pieces (don't sprinkle sugar on it).
- Sleep less during
day time.
- Sesame oil is
fatless.
- Drink honey
added lemon juice or eat basil with ghee, curd & buttermilk.
- Tomato, papanas
contains "p-3" substance which helps in reducing weight.
- Drink lemon
juice, herbal tea or black coffee 30 min before having diet
- Eat more apple
and honey to lose weight.
- After eating
do vajrasan (1 kind of yoga) for 15-20 min.
- To avoid often
hunger:- Drink 1 glass of thick buttermilk after adding mustard, cumin,
asafoetida, ginger & rock salt powder.
- Take 3 pinch
of sealing-wax and 1 glass of lemon juice at empty stomach.
- Mix sugar &
cardamom powder in cow milk & drink, it increases urine flow &
hence reduce tummy.
- Drink mint tea
or its decoction.
- Avoid taking
cooked/heavy diet before afternoon, instead, take fruits, salad, juices
etc.
- If you feel
hungry during a day, mix salad with mamra & eat.
- Eat 2 tomatoes
in empty stomach.
- Intake 2 sp.
honey with ginger paste at empty stomach.
- Intake 1-1 sp.
himej(harde) powder twice a day.
- Have 1-1 sp.
of fenugreek powder with lukewarm water twice a day.
- Add lemon juice
in jaggery water & drink.
- Drink sesame
oil twice a day.
- If possible
prefer cow ghee instead of any oil.
Ayurvedic
Remedies:-
- Use Aarogyavardhini
vati & trifala-gugal.
- Gugal is best
remedy for obesity.
- Mix awla &
barley (jav) powder & lick with honey or water.
- Mix powder of
2 pills of mahayograj gugal in warm water & drink.
- Mix dry ginger,
black pepper, fig tree (pipar), white flowered leadwort(chitrak), babreng
(vavding), trifala, nut grass(moth), loh-bhasm in honey & lick twice
a day.
- Along with that
intake Chandra-prabha, loghrasav either with honey or water.
- After having
bath, apply mix powder of aloe of eagle(agar), sandal & khas (valo)
on body.
- Lick shilajeet
with honey twice a day, along with that intake 100 gm babreng (vavding).
- Have betel leaf,
batarang (isabgol) thrice a day.
- Mix powder of
white-black musli, purging nut (mogli erand) & almond, add to milk
& drink.
- Intake mixture
of liquorice roof (jethimadh), big caltrap (gokhru), revanchini, shilajit,
Pellitory(akkalgaro), cardamom & sugar with milk.
- Drink honey
added trifla decoction..
- Lick spreading
hogweed (satodi) churn with honey.
- Mix jaggery
in shankhpushpi powder in double quantity & intake regularly.
- Intake 1 small
sp. long pepper (lindi pipar) powder with pure honey 2-4 times a day.
- Mix harde, baheda,
awla, dry ginger, pepper, fig tree (pipar), cows urine in equal proportion
& intake 2-3 gm of it with water.
Vanaspati Remedies:-
- Chew ashvagandha
leaves thrice a day at empty stomach, have light food during this treatment.
- Mix 25 gm banyan
root's powder in ½ litre water, boil it till half of water remains
& drink.
- Have 2 sp. juice
of three leaved (varun).
- Mix Harde, baheda,
awla, inner skin of neem tree, heart leaved (garo-grown on neem tree),
daru haldar, cow urine make decoction of them, add 10 ml. of honey &
60 ml. of water to 25 ml. of decoction & drink at empty stomach.
- To reduce grown
tummy: Soak roots of small physic nut (Erand) in honey for a night,
in morning drink water separated from it.
- Drink decoction
of skin of teak tree (saag) along with cow urine.
- (After having
bath ) daily eat arni's leaves juice.
- Apply Trailin
Eclipta (bhrungraj) juice.

Causes:-
- Narrowing of
blood pipes, hence it cause pain due to less blood supply.
Home Remedies:-
- Mix cinnamon
& honey in tea water and drink it.
- Eat over night
soaked fenugreek seeds or intake its roasted powder with water every
morning. it also cures cancer.
- Eat only green
gram (mung) in diet for few days.
- Sweet lemon
& tomatoes are effective medicine.
- Daily eat roasted
gram(chana) or sprouted rajko at empty stomach.
- Have curd, lemon,
awla, raw
- mango, phalsa,
tamarind, sour grapes etc in your diet.
- Eat 1-2 capsicum
every morning & don't eat anything for next ½ an hour.
- Millet (bajra),
brinjal, orange keeps cholesterol in control.
- Soak 15 soybeans
in water for a night, in morning remove its skin & chew it, don't
eat anything for next ½ an hour.
- Eat raw betel-nut
everyday to make your blood thin & to reduce cholesterol.
- Add juice of
7-7 leaves of basil & mint, 2 leaves of beal, 1 betel leaf (nagarvel)
to bottle gourd juice & drink twice a day.
- Daily chew 10-15
basil leaves.
- Sour eatables
are good to keep control over cholesterol.
Ayurvedic Remedies:-
- Intake 2-4 pills
of pure gugal 3-4 times a day, if pure gugal is not available then take
trifala gugal can also used.
- Intake pinch
of shilajeet powder with honey.
- Drink arjun
skin's decoction.
- In sheelajeet
powder mix a pinch of honey in it.
- Note: Sunflower
oil, keeps cholesterol in control.

Home Remedies:
- Take poppy seeds(khaskhas)
& sugar in equal proportion & lick with butter for 2-3 times
a day.
- Put 10 black
pepper seeds in betel leaf a chew, drink cold water over it, do this
for 2 months.
- Daily eat 2
bananas.
- Mix honey in
apple juice & drink.
- Drink ghee added
milk.
- Soak almond
in water for a night, in morning rub it, add sugar, butter & eat
with 2-3 chapattis.
- Drink dates
added milk or coriander+ lemon juice to purify the blood & hence
increases the weight.
- Drink sugarcane
juice 4 times a day (diabetic patient should avoid it).
- Soak gram (chana)
in cow/buffalo milk & eat in the morning.
- Mix coconut,
jaggery & chew it.
- Massage body
with sesame oil & have bath with hot water.
- Eat more of
ghee, milk, butter, buttermilk, cream, banana, dates, black gram(udad),
sweet potato etc.
- Sprinkle salt
on ginger & eat before lunch to increase hunger.
- Drink lemon
juice along with diet or drink decoction of dry ginger+ coriander powder.
- Have 2 sp. of
ghee before & after having diet.
- Have Aloe Vera
pulp after adding pepper & cumin powder.
- Sizzle dates
in ghee & eat with rice.
- Intake water
melon seed powder with crystalline sugar.
- Eat handful
of black sesame seeds in empty stomach.
- Intake ginger
paste with honey.
Ayurvedic Remedies:-
- Mix ashvagandha
risht & dasmula risht & drink it.
- Take digestive
things like Chyawanprashvaleh, suvarnvasantmalti, ashvagandharisht,
kumariaasav, drakshaasav,& ginger.
- To increase
hunger adds ghee & hingharisht churn.
- Make sweet dish
of 10 gm asparagus(shatavari), 5 gm ashavagandha and 5 gm liquorice
roof(jethimadh) & eat it.
- Take suvarnghatit
makardhwaj/ suvarnyukt chandroday.
- Add shatavari
& ashwagandha in milk & drink.
