Ingredients:
4 Cup Parched rice (Mamra- Roasted)
½ cup chopped cucumber.
½ cup chopped tomato.
½ cup chopped onion.
½ cup chopped potato.
1 Tbsp. Pomegranate seeds (Dadam)
1 Tbsp. chopped raw mango (Keri) or 1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 Tsp. chat masala.
1 Tbsp. green chilly chutney (More/less depends on chilliness required)
3 Tbsp. sweet chutney (Made of dates + Jaggery)
1 Tbsp. tamarind chutney (Aamli + Melted Jaggery)
1½ cup smashed puri (Of dry snacks)
½ cup chopped coriander leaves.
½ cup sev (Readymade For garnishing)
¼ cup boiled or fried groundnuts (Optional)
Method:
Mix all ingredients well, except coriander leaves & sev.
Garnish with coriander leaves & sev & serve.
