Ingredients:
  • 4 Cup Parched rice (Mamra- Roasted)
  • ½ cup chopped cucumber.
  • ½ cup chopped tomato.
  • ½ cup chopped onion.
  • ½ cup chopped potato.
  • 1 Tbsp. Pomegranate seeds (Dadam)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped raw mango (Keri) or 1 Tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp. chat masala.
  • 1 Tbsp. green chilly chutney (More/less depends on chilliness required)
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet chutney (Made of dates + Jaggery)
  • 1 Tbsp. tamarind chutney (Aamli + Melted Jaggery)
  • 1½ cup smashed puri (Of dry snacks)
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves.
  • ½ cup sev (Readymade For garnishing)
  • ¼ cup boiled or fried groundnuts (Optional)
 
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients well, except coriander leaves & sev.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves & sev & serve.
