Naan
Ingredients:
3 cup maida.
1 sp sugar.
1 ½ curd.
1 ½ sp baking powder.
Salt.
2 sp melted butter.
Black onion seeds.
Milk.
Method:
Mix baking powder, sugar, salt, butter in maida & make dough with curd.
Keep aside for 3 hrs.
Make big balls from the dough and keep it for 15 mins.
Roll it in oval shape.
Spread black onion seeds on the dough and roll it again.
Put the pan upside down on the gas and put naan on it.
Roast it on both the sides.
Apply butter on it.
Don't put the naan on one another or serve it hot.
