Naan
Ingredients:
  • 3 cup maida.
  • 1 sp sugar.
  • 1 ½ curd.
  • 1 ½ sp baking powder.
  • Salt.
  • 2 sp melted butter.
  • Black onion seeds.
  • Milk.
 
Method:
  • Mix baking powder, sugar, salt, butter in maida & make dough with curd.
  • Keep aside for 3 hrs.
  • Make big balls from the dough and keep it for 15 mins.
  • Roll it in oval shape.
  • Spread black onion seeds on the dough and roll it again.
  • Put the pan upside down on the gas and put naan on it.
  • Roast it on both the sides.
  • Apply butter on it.
  • Don't put the naan on one another or serve it hot.
