Rava Idli
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rava (Semolina)
1 Cup Fresh Curd.
1 Spoon Fruit Salt (Soda)
1 Cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
1 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Cup Coriander leaves (Finely Choped)
3-4 Leaf Leaves (finely chopped)
2-3 green Chiliy (Finely Chopped)
Salt as per taste.
Method:
Take Rava (Semolina) in a veasel roast it (with out oil) when it turns into light pink colour.
Take a Bowl put Curd and fruit salt mix it.
Mix well and mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.
Take a idli mould put paste in it for 10min.
Serve Hot.
