Corn Soup
Ingredients:
6 Fresh corn.
50 gm Cornflour.
850ml Water.
100 gm Carrot (grated)
50 gm Green peas.
25 gm
Boiled noodles.
Salt, Pepper as per taste.
Sugar (optional)
5 gm Soya sauce (approx)
Chilly sauce as per taste.
Garlic Optional
.
Method:
Firstly, boil corn seeds.
Add cornflour in water & boil it.
Add peas & carrot.
When it is thick enough, add noodles, Soya sauce, salt, pepper, garlic paste & chili sauce.
Serve hot.
