Corn Soup
Ingredients:
  • 6 Fresh corn.
  • 50 gm Cornflour.
  • 850ml Water.
  • 100 gm Carrot (grated)
  • 50 gm Green peas.
  • 25 gm Boiled noodles.
  • Salt, Pepper as per taste.
  • Sugar (optional)
  • 5 gm Soya sauce (approx)
  • Chilly sauce as per taste.
  • Garlic Optional.
 
Method:
  • Firstly, boil corn seeds.
  • Add cornflour in water & boil it.
  • Add peas & carrot.
  • When it is thick enough, add noodles, Soya sauce, salt, pepper, garlic paste & chili sauce.
  • Serve hot.
