Method:
- First
of all, grate the corncobs along with seeds, heat butter in a pan &
sizzle grated corncobs in it for about 5 minutes.
- Then
add milk and little water.
- Heat
it on slow flame till the corn mixer is properly cooked.
- When
it starts thickening, add salt, pepper, sugar, ginger, chilies and coriander
leaves (all finely chopped).
- Mix
properly.
- Remove
from heat.
- Cut
the bread slices in triangle shapes & fry them in ghee till golden
brown.
- Arrange
them beautifully in a plate & pour the prepared mixer on the toast.
- Garnish
it with grated coriander leaves and cheese.
- Serve
it hot.
