Method:
- Sieve
maida flour, cocoa powder, coffee & baking powder together &
keep aside.
- Take
white butter & sugar in a wide pan & beat it properly till the
mixer is soft & fluffy.
- Now
put the maida mixer alternately & knead the mixer into soft dough.
- You
can also use milk if required.
- Make
balls & roll down into round chapatti.
- Cut
into shapes using moulds.
- Take
a fork & poke into the top of all biscuits.
- Then
arrange all biscuits in the properly greased plate.
- Bake
it on moderate temperature for 10 to15 min till almost baked.
- When
done cool biscuits & fill chocolate cream between two biscuits.
- Then
again bake it in the soven for 5 to10 min till crispy.
- Take
out of the oven & cool it.
- Chocolate
biscuits are ready to eat.
