Pinacolada - Milkshake
 Ingredients:
  • 1 Pineapple.
  • 2 Brown Coconuts.
  • 1 glass Fresh Coconut water.
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Sugar as per taste.
 
Method:
  • Firstly marinate pineapple.
  • For marinating pineapple, cut it into slices in a vessel, sprinkle some sugar, add some water & cook it in pressure cooker to 1 whistle.
  • Then cool it & grind it into juice.
  • You can use canned pineapple tin instead of marinating pineapple.
  • Add sugar & a glass of coconut milk to 3/4th glass of pineapple juice.
  • Pour the coconut water in ice tray & refrigerate it.
  • Serve the drink with these ice cubes & top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
