 Ingredients:
  • 200 gm. chilled saffron shrikhand.
  • 2 tsp.powdered sugar.
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg powder.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 2 cup butter milk.
  • ½ cup milk.
  • Saffron.
Method:
  • Mixed all things in bowl & churned it with hand mixture.
  • Serve it in glass.
  • Do not add ice.
  • Serve with saffron over it.
