Poha Chivda
Ingredients:
500gm nylon poha.
50gm daliya.
50gm groundnut.
½sp turmeric.
Sesame.
Dry coconut.
8 to10 green chilies.
Oil as needed.
Salt to taste.
Curry leaves.
Powdered sugar as per taste.
Method:
Roast the nylon poha.
Fry groundnut & dry coconut in little oil.
Then fry sesame, daliya curry leaves & green chilies.
Add poha, powdered sugar, salt & turmeric in the mixture.
