Bharela Capsicum
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm shredded paneer.
  • 2 tbsp white sauce or fresh cream.
  • 1 capsicum (finely chopped)
  • ½ green chilly (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp shredded cooking cheese.
Method:
  • Cut capsicum into 2 pieces.
  • Keep it in salted water for 3 to 4 min & then remove it.
  • Put the stuffing in it.
  • Close it with cooking cheese.
  • Bake the capsicum on 200 cel for 1 min.
  • Serve it hot.
