Dal
Dhokli

Ingredients:

- 250 gm. Tur dal.
- 50 gm Groundnut.
- 1 Tomato.
- Oil.
- salt to taste.
- Jaggery (According
to taste)
- Cloves, pepper,
cinnamon ·
- Wheat flour.
- Green chillies,
aseafoetida, cumin seeds.
- 3 to 4 cups Water.

Method:
- Wash tur dal with
water add groundnut, tomato in it and boil it in a pressure cooker.
- Make dough of wheat
flour.
- Roll it in a shape
of chappati and cut into square pieces.
- Heat a pan add
oil in it and add cloves, pepper, cinnamom, green chillies, aseafoetida.
- Add boiled Tur
Dal and water.
- Add salt jaggery
to it.
- When dal gets boiled
add ·
- Square pieces of
chappati.
- Keep it on the
gas for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Your Dal Dhokli
is ready.
