Method:
- Blend coriander
seed, cumin seed, fennel seed, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, boriya marcha
in a blender.
- Heat oil in a pan
& put onions in it to cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put dry masala
powder in it to cook.
- After 2 minutes
put the mixed paste of ginger, chilly & garlic.
- After 1 minute
put cauliflower, mutter & tomatoes.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Put ¼ cup
water & let it be for 5 minutes.
- Then add Capcicum
& garam masala , salt, chilly powder, turmeric.
- Then add coriander
leaves & serve it hot.
Note:
- If you want to
add paneer cut it into cubes, fry it in oil and then mix it in the vegetable.
