Method:
- Wash
poha gently till the water drained is clear.

Drain the water and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Loosen
the poha gently with fingers and sprinkle some water.
- Keep
aside for 10 more minutes and loosen again.

Add the peanut powder, salt, sugar, turmeric, lemon juice and mix well.
- Heat
oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds & allow spluttering.
- Add
onion, potatoes and chilies.
- Stir-fry
till the potato is tender.

Add the mixed poha, and stir gently.

Cover and cook on low for 3-4 minutes, stirring in between.

Mix in the coconut and chopped coriander.
- Serve
hot.
