Method::
- Boil raw banana,
peel and mash it.
- Then put ginger-chilly
paste, coriander leaves & salt.
- Heat oil in a
pan put mustard seeds, curry leaves and turmeric powder mix in smashed
banana.
- Mix it well.
- Make small balls
of them.
- Mix little water
& salt, oil, soda-bi-carbonate, turmeric powder in gram flour &
make a fine batter.
- Batter should not
be thick & loose.
- Heat oil in a
pan.
- Deep balls in the
batter & fry on a slow flame until it turns in golden brown color.
- Serve hot with
green chutney & jaggery- tamarind chutney.
