Plain Dosa
Ingredients:
  • 1cup rice
  • 1/3 cup udad dal (black gram)
  • 2 tsp cooked rice
  • 2 tsp poha
  • 5 to 7 fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil / Ghee

Method:

  • Wash rice, black gram & fenugreek.
  • Soak poha and cooked rice in water for 2 hrs.
  • Grind in the blender and make a soft paste.
  • Keep it aside for 4 hrs & let it ferment.
  • Add salt and mix properly.
  • Apply oil on a non-stick pan.
  • Put fermentation paste on the non-stick pan and spread it.
  • Apply oil on the side of the ferment.
  • Remove when they become crispy.
  • Do the same from the rest of the paste.
