Ingredients:
2 liters Milk.
5-6 RasGulla.
Cardamom.
Nutmeg.
Almonds/ Raisins/ Pistachios.
Saffron.
Sugar as per taste.
Method
:
Prepare rasgullas from the given method.
Boil 2 liters of milk.
When it starts boiling remove from heat & add saffron, sugar, dry fruits, cardamom & nutmeg.
Mix properly.
Then again bring it to boil till it starts thickening.
Keep on stirring continuously.
When done remove from heat & let it cool & keep stirring.
Then add the rasgullas from the sugar syrup (chashni).
Garnish sliced dry fruits refrigerate it & serve.
