Method:
- Prepare
paneer with the above given method.
- When
done, add maida flour & color & smash this mixer with soft hand
into smooth dough.
- Divide
it into 10 - 12 parts & roll each part into small oval-shaped balls
taking care that there are no cracks on the surface.
- Then
prepare syrup.
Syrup:
- Add
sugar to water in a deep & broad bottom vessel.
- Heat
it on high flame.
- When
sugar water starts boiling, add pre-made paneer balls in it.

Let it boil.
- After
about 5 minutes cover the half of the vessel with a lid for about 20
minutes.
- Then
remove from heat & keep them in sugar water for about 5 - 6 hours.
- Chumchum
are ready to be served.
- You
can sprinkle some grated mava (khoya) while serving.
