Gulab Pak
Ingredients:
250 gm
Indian Rose Petals (fresh)
250 gm Mava (khoya)
300 gmSugar.
Ghee (as needed)
Rose Essence.
Method
:
Roast washed & crushed rose petals in a pan.
Take another pan & roast mava (khoya) & add roasted paste of rose petals to it.
Also add sugar & stir well.
When done take it down from the flame & add essence.
Invert the mixer in the dish greased properly with ghee.
After sometime cut into pieces.
