Halwasan

Ingredients:

- 1Liter milk
- 2spoon curd
- 3 big spoon edible
gums
- 3 big spoon semolina
- 2-½ cup
sugar
- Ghee for fry (at
least for big spoon)
- Nutmeg
- Milk masala as
per taste.

Method:
- Heat milk till
it boils & then add 2sp curd in it.
- Heat ghee in a
pan & fry edible gum in it & keep aside.
- Roast semolina
(rava) in the same ghee.
- Heat sugar in a
pan without water.
- When it turns brown
add milk, edible gum & semolina (rava) & stir it continuously
(if the mixture lumps then churn it in the grinder.
- Add nutmeg in the
end or you can add milk masala.
- Remove from gas
when it gets thick.
