Halwasan
 Ingredients:
  • 1Liter milk
  • 2spoon curd
  • 3 big spoon edible gums
  • 3 big spoon semolina
  • 2-½ cup sugar
  • Ghee for fry (at least for big spoon)
  • Nutmeg
  • Milk masala as per taste.
 
Method:
  • Heat milk till it boils & then add 2sp curd in it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & fry edible gum in it & keep aside.
  • Roast semolina (rava) in the same ghee.
  • Heat sugar in a pan without water.
  • When it turns brown add milk, edible gum & semolina (rava) & stir it continuously (if the mixture lumps then churn it in the grinder.
  • Add nutmeg in the end or you can add milk masala.
  • Remove from gas when it gets thick.
