Ingredients:
250 gm khoya (mava) grated.
125 gm Sugar powder.
Cardamom powder.
Saffron.
Pistachio.
Method
:
Heat little shredded khoya & allow it to cool.
Add sugar & cardamom powder & stir it well.
Add saffron (kesar) color.
Mix all ingredients in the mixture & make small rolls from it.
Sprinkle pistachio on the pendas.
Put in any type of mould to give it a shape.
