Rava Laddu
 Ingredients:
  • 1 kg White rawa.
  • 1½ kg Sugar.
  • 10 (powdered) Cardomom.
  • 200 gm Ghee.
  • 50 gm Cashewnut.
 
Method:
  • Roast rava in a dry pan.
  • Add finely powdered sugar, cardamom powder.
  • Roast the cashews in ghee and add to the mixture.
  • Heat the ghee slightly until it melts and add it to the mixer & mix well.
  • Make into even sized balls & serve.
