Rava Laddu
Ingredients:
1 kg
White rawa.
1½ kg Sugar.
10 (powdered)
Cardomom.
200 gm Ghee.
50 gm Cashewnut.
Method
:
Roast rava in a dry pan.
Add finely powdered sugar, cardamom powder.
Roast the cashews in ghee and add to the mixture.
Heat the ghee slightly until it melts and add it to the mixer & mix well.
Make into even sized balls & serve.
