• Centrally A/C building where basic facilities are provided at every floor.
  
  
• Around 30% - around 1500 sq. ft. of the area remains unutilized i.e. for passage, elevators, staircases, etc…
  
  
• Furniture should be portable & at the same time comfortable.
  
  
• Sliding walls & portable dividers to be introduced so that various sections can be merged or split up according to the requirement.
