2. Now the time calls for to enrich our cycle by encouraging Tree Plantation, which are also known as 'Carbon Sink'. However trees selected should be such that they absorb less water, grow fast & wider & are important for economical.
3. Thus trees recommended are - tamarind, mango, dates, coconut, neem, babool, banyan, pipal, harde, behda, amla, sami, bilipatra, umro, nirmali, etc… These trees also prove to be natural & airy sheds for animals.
4. Around 12 to 15 trees can be planted in one acre of land & cost incurred is Rs. 1000/- per tree for initial 3 yrs.
