1. No vehicles should be allowed within the premise to maintain pollution free environment. 2. However if the panjrapole is spread over vast area, mini railway can be used as means of locomotion. 3. All the sections including cottages should be constructed using Natural Materials. 4. As far as possible non-conventional sources of energy like solar energy, biogas, etc… should be used so that conventional sources can be optimally used.
